Every reservation needs to be confirmed with the necessary upfront payment. When checking in or staying, the remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the terms that were agreed upon. Cancellation procedures may apply to payments once they are made.
When checking in, guests must present a valid form of identification. For both legal and security reasons, this is required. The management's instructions about check-in and check-out times should be adhered to. The general time for check-in is 11AM and 12PM or check-out.
Respect for other visitors, employees, and the property is demanded of all residents. Any kind of disruption, unlawful action, or misconduct could result in the stay being immediately terminated without reimbursement.
The hostel and PG property, including the rooms, furnishings, and common areas, must be properly maintained by visitors. There will be extra fees if a guest causes any property damage, abuse, or loss. The responsible party must cover the cost of any repairs or replacements.
It is expected of residents to keep their rooms and common areas reasonably tidy. Although housekeeping services are offered, personal hygiene responsibility is also anticipated.
All of NEST's safety instructions must be followed by visitors. Any questionable activity needs to be reported right away. Residents are urged to keep their valuables safe because NEST is not liable for the loss of personal items.
Visitors may be permitted with management's prior approval. Unauthorized guests are not allowed on the property.
Every facility offered by NEST should be utilized sensibly. Restrictions or sanctions may follow misuse of amenities like Wi-Fi, laundry, or common areas.
Guests are urged to refrain from making loud noises, particularly after hours, in order to preserve a tranquil atmosphere. NEST encourages everyone to live in a peaceful and courteous environment.
Depending on the kind of reservation and length of stay, different cancellation and refund policies may apply. It is recommended that guests verify information at the time of booking.
If a guest disobeys the rules or causes trouble for others, NEST management retains the authority to deny entrance or end a stay.
